The Renaissance is an upper-upscale Marriott-operated hotel, complemented by a vibrant commercial cluster featuring restaurants, high-end retail, and concept offices. Designed to create a dynamic pedestrian hub, the project enhances connectivity to nearby streets and the metro station. Navigating regulatory approvals, budget constraints, and an ambitious 11-month design timeline required strategic coordination, particularly with the Royal Commission for Riyadh City (RCRC).
A proactive approach ensured seamless compliance, cost-efficient design solutions, and a structured workflow, allowing the project to maintain its vision while meeting financial and scheduling targets.
