Located within the RTR community in Dammam, KSA, this single-story laboratory building covers an area of approximately 2500 m². It is designed to serve as a sample testing facility, supporting various analytical processes within the community.
The lab will feature dedicated spaces for specialized testing rooms, office areas, wet zones, and technical sections. Outside, designated areas will be allocated for the gas cylinder and fuel drum storage, along with a chiller yard and an electrical substation to support operations.
