SYDEN proudly served as the Lead Design Consultant for the prestigious Conrad Riyadh Hotel, located in Laysen Valley, Riyadh.
This landmark development transformed a core and shell property into a world-class luxury hotel, blending architectural refinement with functional excellence.
With a built-up area of 29,000 m², the hotel delivered 170 luxury keys alongside a range of premium amenities, including an opulent lobby and lounge, all-day dining and specialty restaurant, executive lounge, versatile meeting spaces and boardrooms, an indoor pool, luxury spa, and state-of-the-art gym.
SYDEN’s scope covered the complete architecture and engineering design, ensuring that the project met Conrad’s global brand standards while respecting Riyadh’s cultural and urban context. The project was further enhanced through collaboration with LW Design, Dubai, who provided the interior design.
Conrad Riyadh stands today as a new benchmark for luxury hospitality in the Kingdom’s capital, embodying innovation, elegance, and timeless design.
